Parker Automotive Family is a fast growing automotive retail store and we are looking to add a qualified Ford Parts Counterperson to our Ford team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in the ability to work efficiently and effectively, to ensure that excellent customer service is given to our customers. The individual will report directly to the parts manager in the department.
Meet and assist the customer in a courteous and professional manner providing them with the information they need.
Answer telephone calls promptly and provide professional service ensuring the customer's needs are met.
Maintain the parts department in a clean and organized manner.
Informing customers of any current specials.
Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Parker Automotive beliefs in all interactions with customers and co-workers
Must have at least 1 year of Ford Parts experience.
Ford Parts Counterperson must be able to multitask daily job tasks, while also serving Parker Automotive customers.
Must be able to adapt to new ideas and methods as they become available.
Ford Parts Counterperson must be able to pay attention to detail and be very accurate.
Excellent customer service skills.
Professional work ethic and appearance.
When providing excellent customer service to all Parker Automotive customers the Ford Parts Counterperson must be able to gather the important and correct information from the customer so the correct parts are provided in a timely manner.
Ford Parts Counterperson must be able to listen to all the wants and needs of our Parker Automotive customers.
Ability to work well in a high capacity environment.
Must have the initiative to complete tasks independently, but also be a team player.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
